We offer services for companies, groups and individuals
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Individuals with Medicaid have no obligation for a copay.
- Individuals with Medicare or private insurance must meet their policy's requirement(s).
- For those without insurance, there is a potential for financial relief. They may be eligible for a sliding or discounted scale, which is determined by the relevant Managed Care Organization/Local Management Entity.
- Individuals who do not have the means to pay for services can contact us about our "donation assistance program."
